My si zkr\u00e1tka rad\u011bji hled\u00edme vlastn\u00edho bydlen\u00ed, star\u00e1me se o n\u011bj, ope\u010dov\u00e1v\u00e1me jej a pova\u017eujeme jej za jakousi jistotu v nejist\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b. Mnoho \u010cech\u016f si rad\u011bji odpust\u00ed vlastn\u00ed automobil nebo luxusn\u00ed dovolenou a d\u00e1 p\u0159ednost p\u0159ed zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm bydlen\u00ed, zat\u00edmco pron\u00e1jem vozidla se rentuje u\u017e jen t\u00edm, \u017ee v\u00e1m odpadne \u0159ada starost\u00ed a poplatk\u016f, u pronajat\u00e9ho bytu je to p\u0159esn\u011b naopak \u2013 tam v\u00e1m sice odpadne starost o technick\u00fd stav domu, ale jste st\u00e1le v nejistot\u011b, zda (a kdy) v\u00e1s majitel nevyprovod\u00ed na ulici, i kdy\u017e s t\u0159\u00edm\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016ftou. Co n\u00e1s \u010cechy tak\u00e9 odrazuje od pron\u00e1jm\u016f, je jejich v\u00fd\u0161e. M\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed platby n\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho se ji\u017e vy\u0161plhaly do takov\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161e, \u017ee mnohde dostihly spl\u00e1tky hypot\u00e9k.Tak\u017ee se t\u00edm vlastn\u011b pot\u00edr\u00e1 jak\u00e1koli v\u00fdhoda n\u00e1jemn\u00edho bydlen\u00ed \u2013 na\u010d platit n\u00e1jem, kdy\u017e to nen\u00ed va\u0161e, kdy\u017e m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b stejnou \u010d\u00e1stkou spl\u00e1cet v\u00e1\u0161 vlastn\u00ed byt? Hypot\u00e9ka je zkr\u00e1tka st\u00e1le jistou mo\u017enost\u00ed, jak p\u0159ij\u00edt k vlastn\u00edmu bydlen\u00ed, a podob\u00e1 se \u00fav\u011br\u016fm, kter\u00e9 ji\u017e lid\u00e9 hradili za socialismu \u2013 tehdy \u0161lo samoz\u0159ejm\u011b o st\u00e1tn\u00ed p\u016fj\u010dku ve spo\u0159iteln\u011b, ale v principu to bylo t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 stejn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.
